YOUR JOURNEY THROUGH CAIRO
The itinerary below is a sample of what your experience can include.

DAY 1 — BEGIN YOUR JOURNEY
Depart from your designated city and begin your journey to Egypt.
DAY 2 — WELCOME TO CAIRO
Arrive in Cairo and transfer to your hotel.
Settle in, meet your fellow travelers, and get ready to experience one of the world's most fascinating cities.
DAY 3 — OLD CAIRO, MUSIC & FOLKLORE
After breakfast, explore Old Cairo, including the historic Coptic and Jewish quarters and the magnificent Muhammad Ali Mosque.
Then visit Muhammad Ali Street, historically known as a center for Egyptian musicians, performers, and artists.
After lunch, explore Khan el-Khalili, Cairo's famous historic bazaar.
In the evening, enjoy dinner before experiencing a folkloric performance at Makan, followed by a return to the hotel.

DAY 4 — THE MUSEUM, PYRAMIDS & AN EVENING OF ENTERTAINMENT
After breakfast, visit the Egyptian Museum.
After lunch, continue to one of the world's most recognizable landmarks:
The Pyramids & Sphinx
Then return to the hotel to prepare for an evening dinner and Egyptian entertainment.
DAY 5 — YOUR CAIRO, YOUR WAY
After breakfast, enjoy a flexible day.

The evening continues with dinner and an Egyptian music and dance performance.

Dance classes may be arranged upon request, with opportunities to study with Egyptian dance teachers and artists.
The evening concludes with another dinner and performance experience.
DAY 7 — YOUR FINAL DAY IN CAIRO
Enjoy another free day to shop, explore, take a dance class, or simply enjoy the city.
Then gather together for a farewell dinner and final evening of Egyptian music and dance.
DAY 8 — DEPARTURE
Transfer to Cairo International Airport for your journey home.
7 Days / 6 Nights refers to the tour stay in Egypt. Your international travel days are outside the six-night hotel stay.

But learning about Egyptian dance from a studio, video, or classroom is different from experiencing the culture that surrounds it.
On this tour, you have the opportunity to experience Egyptian music and dance in Egypt.
Dance classes can be arranged based on interest and availability, with teachers such as Farah Nasri and Dandash among the examples of artists guests may have the opportunity to study with.
Classes and instructors are subject to availability and can be coordinated based on the group's interests.
Whether you're interested in technique, music, performance, history, or simply experiencing the culture firsthand, we'll help create opportunities that make sense for your group.
MEET YOUR TOUR LEADER
Mariam Mohamed
Your experience is led by Mariam Mohamed, a multilingual communications professional, performer, and cultural ambassador with a passion for connecting international visitors with Egyptian culture.
Mariam holds a B.A. in Mass Media and a Career Certificate in Teaching Arabic as a Foreign Language, along with professional training in voice-over.
As a belly dancer and artist, she brings extensive knowledge of Egyptian dance, music, and performance culture to the experience.
Her work extends beyond dance.
Mariam is also a translator, Arabic instructor, voice actress, singer, and duff player.
She speaks Arabic, English, Spanish, and Portuguese, allowing her to welcome and connect with guests from around the world.
Her goal?
To help you experience Egypt in a way that feels welcoming, authentic, memorable, and personal.
