Shipping & Returns
Shipping
We ship every business day, so orders placed early in the day (before 2pm PST) usually ship the same day. We can ship to virtually any address in the world.
The shipping rates for many items we sell are based on weight and size. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. Please note that certain items, such as canes and swords, may require an additional fee, as they require unusual or oversized shipping boxes.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes option in each product's page, and during checkout.
Return Policy
Merchandise may be refunded or exchanged within 15 days from date of invoice. After 15 days there will be a 20% restocking fee. No items will be refunded or exchanged after 30 days from the date of invoice. Items will be refunded less shipping charges. Merchandise must be unused and undamaged. All sale items are final.
Return Policy for Costumes
Upon receipt of the costume please look over your costume to ensure all things are in order and you are happy with your purchase. We encourage and expect a call or email within 48 hours from you if you choose to return it. Costumes need to be returned within 14 days from the date of receiving. Turquoise International does not take responsibility after that time. Costumes should be returned in unworn condition, free of oils, fragrances and unsoiled.
We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the "My Account" menu and click the "Return Item(s)" button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. We strongly recommend that you contact us before making a return to see what options you have.
