These cymbals are interesting in that although these cymbals are the same size and weight as the EB, Plain 2-1/4” cymbals – they have a very different ring tone. The ring tone of these cymbals is a “Bright G”. This brightness in the ring tone makes these cymbals good for larger venue performances and for professionals and teachers with small hands.
